We would highly recommend John Gunner & Co Ltd. We've hired quite a few skips from them now for full house renovations. Every time the level of customer service has been impeccable and incredibly efficient. The drivers are very skilled and friendly, and the office team are always incredibly helpful and professional too. The online booking system is really useful although we also phoned the office and managed to get a skip for the next day! Had an 8 yard skip delivered by John Gunner skips, front wheel of lorry went over edge of driveway which was block paved causing damage to edge of drive. When I called to speak to their office I was told that I had invited them into my property and they would accept no responsibility for any damage to drive. This response seemed very well rehearsed making me think this is a regular occurrence. Maybe their office should inform customers that they take no responsibility for damage when they place order for skip. The driver gave me an invoice for the delivery after dropping off the skip, and on the rear it states they accept no responsibility for damage but it's a bit late then. I emailed photos of the damage to Mr Tony Gunner but heard nothing back. If you don't want to risk getting your property damaged with no comeback I'd give this firm a wide berth.

Tony and his staff have been very helpful in advising what size skips to order, they have always done their best to deliver the skips as quickly as possible and the drivers are always polite and helpful.. would definitely recommend to anyone looking to hire a skip
