We had Ed and Tom in to do 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and a cloakroom. It was like they had moved in but we found them to be really good house companions - house trained and with no bad language! Seriously we cannot recommend them enough. They always came when they said they would, stayed until the jobs were finished, kept us informed about progress, discussed the work in detail with us as necessary (e.g. finishes and decoration), tidied every evening, stuck to their quotes and as for the quality of the work - this is excellent. We particularly liked the fact that when they found any problems - inevitable as our house is a mixture of very old (400 years +) and multiple extensions over subsequent years- they never hid these or glossed over them. This meant we trusted the quality of their work and they left us feeling much happier with the structure and integrity of the bathrooms than before. We are so delighted with our bathrooms fitted by Tom and Ed at Surrey Bathrooms. The whole experience went incredibly smoothly. Ed came for the initial consultation and sent us a quote soon after; we then had a planning meeting with Tom when we told him exactly what we wanted and found out how feasible it would all be. Tom and Ed are an absolute delight to have around. They are punctual, courteous and nothing is too much trouble. They also clean up after each day and once they had finished, did a thorough clean too. The standard of their work is really excellent and we couldn’t be happier with our two new bathrooms both of which weren’t without their challenges as we live in an old and very uneven house but they fitted everything perfectly and we are thrilled with the final results. We couldn’t recommend Surrey Bathrooms highly enough. If you need a new bathroom finished to a high standard, within the said time and on budget then these are the guys for you. We have used Surrey Bathrooms & Interiors for a number of years to refurbish bathrooms and most recently our kitchen. Ed and Tom always do an amazing job, have an eye for detail, suggest lovely design ideas, are pragmatic and come up with practical solutions. They are tidy, and super considerate. Their quotes are straightforward, with transparent costs and are always happy to work within a set budget. The quality and finish is outstanding. What more can I say - I recommend!

From the first contact Tom and Ed were brilliant. We had an ensuite created in a potentially awkward spot, but they completely put our mind at ease from the off and came up with solutions to make it work. They were always on time, always professional and courteous and what they have created for us is just perfect! They really are both mastercraftsman. They helped talk through and guide any decisions we were having trouble making, and each day they left our house spotless. Working from home, and having tradesman in I always worry a little about the disruption, but they were honestly fantastic! I will be recommending to everyone to have Tom and Ed fit their bathroom whilst saving to have our family bathroom revamped! 10 out of 10!!

Ed & Tom have just finished installing our new bathroom and we are completely over the moon with it - they have been brilliant to work with from our first contact - the standard of their work is second to none, they were tidy, efficient, patient, helpful and considered with making decisions on various design aspects and always on time and on schedule. We usually find having any work done in the house quite stressful but they were a pleasure to have around - we’re actually quite sad they’ve finished! I can't speak highly enough about Surrey Bathrooms & Interiors who designed and replaced a family bathroom, master ensuite and redecorated our master bedroom. Tom and Ed were an absolute pleasure to work with: extremely professional, reliable, cheerful and tidy. They are both master craftsmen who aim to provide the very highest quality of workmanship and provide an excellent one-stop-shop service. They are also really creative with bathroom design ideas as well as advising on tile, flooring and colour choices and have good supplier connections. We also really appreciated that they both started and ended their 7 week job for us precisely as promised. We have been very impressed!

Ed and Tom did such an amazing job transforming our family bathroom and converting our downstairs bathroom into a utility room. We contracted Tom and Ed to makeover two bathrooms in early 2023. From the first meeting and design discussions we felt very comfortable with both of them and their attention to detail and ensuring we got what WE wanted was at the centre of our conversations. When work commenced their professionalism was evident in every aspect of the work. The care they took to protect the route to the bathrooms, the attention to detail in fine tuning the design, and keeping us fully informed of the schedule, workstream etc was all excellent. The workmanship itself exceeded our expectations on every front. In every aspect of the job, plumbing, replacing floors, building false walls, tiling and decorating, they excelled. Their plasterers and electricians worked alongside them flawlessly. This is a multi skill job and Tom and Ed between them are masters of all trades. These kind of projects can be incredibly stresfull, but this was a very enjoyable process and we always felt really comfortable that the guys had control of everything, kept us informed, and the standard of their work was superb. I cannot recommend them highly enough......

Ed and Tom are a magic team! We hired them to refurbish our family bathroom and the results are spectacular. They were always on time, kept the site really clean, were very easy and friendly to chat with and be around, and completed the job to the highest of spec. In addition to ripping out and installing the new bathroom, they also knocked down a non supporting wall for us and rebuilt to make the bathroom a bit bigger, re-plastered and re-skirted the adjoining bedroom, and made good the external wall of the bathroom. Lots of little additional jobs that they were really happy to help with on the job. The bathroom is beautiful. Tom is a brilliant plumber and fantastic tiler. He made installing our new built in cupboard units look like child's play. Ed has a keen eye for design and worked wonders cutting/installing and prepping the massive chunk of wood we'd bought for the new windowsill - it looks fab! Ed advised us on things like grout, paint colour, silicon colour, etc ... these fine details that you always have too much choice for! and his recommendations were spot on. Worth every penny. Couldn't be happier - thanks guys!!
