We have been twice now, once for a donkey picnic and once for a cup and a cuddle. The team are so friendly and informative and the donkeys super chilled. We took our grandchildren ranging from 2 to 5 who brushed and cuddled to their hearts content. Would 100pc recommend this experience.

I took part in a Donkey Picnic experience that was gifted to me as a Virgin Experience. It was booked for 2 people, but I was able to pay to take my daughter along too which was so easy. Everyone was so friendly and they clearly love their herd of donkeys. The end of the experience was a picnic and I had mentioned my partner had a gluten free diet and she was catered for with the most amazing lunch. The picnic was far better than I was expecting. I can't recommend Dashing Donkeys enough.

So much fun to do a donkey picnic at dashing donkeys. Get close up to the donkeys when grooming and walking them, and finishing with a very tasty picnic lunch! Thanks to Millie and Gerard for being amazing donkeys 😍.

An incredible experience from start to finish! Dashing Donkeys was pure joy — the donkeys were gentle, beautifully cared for, and full of personality. Alex clearly loves what she does, and her passion shines through. We left with huge smiles, beautiful photos and memories of a day we will treasure. By appointment only but highly recommend!

What an amazing place! I thoroughly enjoyed my Donkey experience - the lovely people that look after these beautiful Donkeys and give them the best life are just fantastic. I learnt so much about Donkeys and loved the walk around the fields. A truly wonderful place!

Visited in early August on a hot day Staff were all wonderful and very informative Donkeys very gentle and very well looked after. You get to groom them and learn about them and you each take a donkey as part of a group walk of about a mile over tracks and fields. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes. Each donkey as its very own character and they do know where they are going. Afterwards you have an afternoon tea at picnic tables which was excellent and freshly prepared. Overall a very enjoyable afternoon and would do it again

We had the most amazing time at Dashing Donkeys!! Alex and team were great - we met the donkeys, spent time grooming them whilst Alex introduced them, followed by a wonderful walk through the beautiful farm fields, so scenic ending with meeting the rest of the donkeys and a superb picnic - thank you all for such a great experience

Amazing activity. The Donkeys love a brush and cuddle followed by a walk around the farm fields before returning the Donkeys to the field where you then receive an amazing picnic lunch with your choice of drink. Alex the host is passionate about her Donkeys and loves to see them being walked by her customers.

My bestfriend and I had such an amazing experience walking the donkeys at Dashing Donkeys. I have always been obsessed with donkeys since young and I was gifted this experience for a Christmas present. It has been one of the highlights of my life. Alex and her colleagues are very knowledgeable. Any questions were happily answered and everything was explained perfectly to us. The picnic was brilliant, the donkeys are very well looked after and it was a privilege to attend. Alex made it very personal for us all and it was genuinely one of the best days of my life. This is definately one that I will always remember, not only being with my best friend of nine years, but what an experience! I thoroughly enjoyed every second and so did my friend, even he mentioned it was way better than he expected. Definately going to be coming again, thank you Alex and everyone, you made my present extra special.

Absolutely brilliant experience, learnt a lot about the donkeys, each of whom has its own story and personality and we groomed and then walked our own donkey. The donkeys are obviously well cared for and loved. The day we chose featured a nice picnic too! Cannot recommend this enough, go and enjoy it!
