10/10 service, friendliness, helpfulness etc! Popped in with an old bike and some ideas for fitting a rack, guy behind the counter was incredibly helpful trying different options and suggestions. Didn't have all the parts I needed in the end however was brilliant with suggestions of where to source the missing ones. Would definitely recommend, thanks again

A nut came off a walker. Someone proposed me to pop in to this shop, I may get some help. The guy working there was very helpful, kind, not just found the proper nut, he fixed the walker in no minute and to my biggest surprise for coins, for almost nothing. Hee really made my day, I can offer it to anyone, great service by a very kind man.

This shop really is a hidden gem. Whenever I go in here, they always make you feel so welcome and don't ever make you feel intimidated. They are always very very helpful and always go out their way to make sure you leave their shop with what you need/want, and never try to upsell you other things. Regardless whether you are buying 1 individual screw or a box of them, they will always give you the same (very high) level of service. A really friendly team at Margnors. I feel bad with the level of service they give, only for them to charge me a few pence for a few screws, so I usually ask them to keep the change. P.S. Very helpful staff who took the time to advise and assist me on a puzzle of nuts and bolts I needed for a vehicle restoration project. They took into account thread size, head-ends, width, length and crucially different build strengths based on the different vehicle components they would be used for. Thankful to them I am not trying to source these items online or in local DIY stores that provide little or no assistance and sell limited options in packs of 50 or higher. I highly recommend them as true professionals in their field of expertise.

The best place to go for nuts & bolts, rivets etc. You can buy one or thousands of the items you require. Staff are always helpful, patient and knowledgeable. These shops are few and far between and must be supported. I always recommend them. Would have had severe differculty in completing one of my projects without them.
