We received quotes from 3 competitors and opted for Doormatic as they spent a lot of time going through why we should buy their product as opposed to the other salesmen who spent the whole appointment simply explaining why not to buy from anyone else. We found the salesman to be very polite and respectful of our home and he was very accepting of the many questions I had, which he was able to answer by demonstrating strong product knowledge. On installation day, Ben and Lewis arrived on time and were very clean and professional throughout their time working on our front door and garage door. They were polite and respectful, especially important to us as we had a 4 month old baby sleeping at the time. They fully cleaned up after themselves and gave a thorough explanation of the equipment once installed. I would not hesitate in using them again and would certainly recommend to others.

Delighted with our new door. Blends in well with the rest of the house. Surveyor was helpful with guidance, but not pushy. Fitter (Ben) was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Site left clean and tidy.

We had our garage door serviced. Full payment up front was required which should have been a red flag. It cost us +£100 for 10 mins work. Next day I saw the unit cover was missing. My wife noted the engineer had not mentioned this. Upon contacting them, they said the engineer had told my wife that the cover was cracked (it was not) and that due to the unit’s age, they could not replace it. Despite my wife calling them to explain no such conversation had occurred, she was told that whilst they ‘sympathised’, no partial refund would be given and that the engineer had been reprimanded. Avoid.

First class service from initial contact, through to installation. Polite and knowledgeable staff and prompt responses to requests for quotes and site visit. Installation took place today and Matt & Mike did a fantastic job . Thank you to everybody at the Guildford branch. Very pleased with outcome and fully recommend Doormatic Garage Doors.

I had this company install 2 doors and all seemed good in the early days, great reviews. But problems started to begin, I had them back several times and in the end they ghosted me when the warranty had passed. I contacted SWS/SeceuroGlide who told me they only recommend premier dealers, and gave me a company to contact. Thankfully they were able to rectify some of the errors this company created. But without changing the whole doors, they will never be correct. It turns out the door could have been easily cranked open and too many other errors to list. No doubt they will blame a rouge fitter, and say things have improved (and maybe they have) but numerous and current staff where involved. I would not recommend this company.

Doormatic garage doors ltd installed my black gloss roller shutter garage door this week .exactly on time no fuss for the agreed price the installer Jason was on time polite and very instructive and helpful. we are extremely pleased with the product and service I would highly recommend any one thinking of a new garage door to get a quote from these guys .

Brilliant company. Super helpful on the phone, came and looked at my garage and provided a quote quickly. The Team came to fit today and Ollie and Corbyn were amazing, really great lads who did a professional instal, tidied up then ran me through how everything works. It was super smooth, quick, easy and the finished set up is awesome. (An electric roller door, so quiet compared to the old chain up-and-over mechanism!). Got my garage door installed almost a year ago from Doormatic. Outstanding service. Presented many different options and solutions for fitting my garage door as it was quite tricky. And got me an amazing garage door that suited my budget. Looks amazing and is good quality. One year on and no problems at all. Definitely recommend.
