Great fun! Family of 4 (12 & 9yr old) escaped The Sub. Love the attention to detail. Puzzles for all the family to work out. One of our favourites so far. Kids were planning our next visit all the way home :-)

If you enjoy solving puzzles and working in teams, then this is a great morning or afternoon out. Popular with families, groups of friends, school groups, and corporate team building. There are 3 indoor escape rooms, which are converted containers (think container ship). In addition, there are outdoor team building games, too, such as joining pipes together to successfully deliver water, working together to remotely connect things together, etc. Try and pick a day that isn't raining for the best enjoyment! The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a small briefing room, with drinking water available, but bring your own hot drinks and snacks if you desire. There's plenty of parking, it's based on the grounds of Merist Wood College, just follow the signs.

A thrilling experience, neither myself nor the rest of the family had tried an escape room before and this was certainly a great introduction. Friendly staff and a challenging day out, fun for all ages!

My second time here having booked the week before. It was a great midweek daytime visit with a helpful map sent in advance to aid finding the venue. The staff were very polite and helpful. A quick briefing and easy sign-in procedure and we were ready to go. Having already successfully completed The Sub, we decided to to The Lab instead. The puzzles were very clever and the clue we got did not make it too obvious. And to top it off, we escaped! A super escape room and I'll definitely be back to do the third and final container! :-D

So much fun! We did the lab escape room (and managed to escape with 13 minutes to spare!!). The puzzles were challenging and it really helps to have a mix of people because all the puzzles need different skills. We had a fab time and can't wait to do the next one!!

Just the most fun ... brilliant. Emotions ranged from anxiety that we weren’t even going to solve one single clue to euphoria within 60 minutes (well 59 mins and 16 seconds). Hugely recommended. Also easy to find and plenty of parking.

Excellent facility. First ever escape room, though we didn’t manage to escape, the puzzles were fairly straight forward, another 5 minutes and we would’ve done it. The staff were friendly and we will definitely be back to do another! Thanks Containment!
