My parents had a perfectly decent late 2012 model iMac that had slowed to a snails pace because of the ever growing size of the newer iOS releases. Apple wouldn’t provide any upgrade or maintenance services (obviously more keen to sell me a new iMac). I found 1st Class Computer Services on google and Mark recommended we replace the old HDD with an SSD (static state drive) as well as installing an additional 16MB RAM. A processor upgrade Mark felt was not required. The data on the old HDD was cloned to the SSD. The iMac is now running as good as new and its saved my parents the best part of £1k on a brand new iMac that they simply didnt need. In this day and age its hard to find excellent customer service at a price you can afford. 5 stars is the minimum I would award!

I thought my laptop was beyond repair with a broken screen frame and the whole outer top part falling more apart by the day. Mark did an outstanding job in no time at a very good price. Great service as always. Mark is such a nice guy, he never makes you feel stupid or talks down to you (unlike some I have come across). I had been putting off buying a new PC because I find the setup and data transfer so stressful. Mark did it with ease and at a very reasonable cost, it was well worth the money.
